Prior to embarking on his proposal writing career he spent 4 years as senior contracts manager in the Department for Education and Skills. He also has over 6 years experience supporting Government Ministers’ presentational needs through speech writing and creating scripts/briefings for media interviews.
Dave Chapman — Bid Director
Dave has over 8 years experience of writing and successfully managing large globally distributed writing teams. His experience extends across many sectors and he has produced bids for IT, IT services, the NHS, Financial Services, Insurance, MoD, Home Office, DTI, Local Government, the BBC, BAE Systems, Telecommunications and Mobile operating companies, recruitment and manufacturing firms amongst many others.
Ian Brogan — Bid Director
Ian is a pragmatic individual with a proven track record of achievement in business development, bid writing and management and 15 years of commercial experience. He has a broad range of experience in public and private sector proposal writing and bid management and has written and managed bids for the world’s three largest industrial auction houses.
Mark Nicholson — Bid Director
Mark’s tender writing experience includes bids he has written for both local and central UK government, including departments such as the DTI, HMRC, DWP, MoD and Metropolitan Police. Over the last 34 years he has also worked in global markets such as China and the USA and has developed an in-depth knowledge of the Internet and new media.
Ian Evans — Principal Proposal Writer
Ian is a skilled and professional bid writer and senior manager with extensive experience of successfully writing winning tender bids.
In the last 3 years he has led a number of winning tenders around alcohol, drug and substance misuse services, securing, in total, upwards of £15m in funding. He has also secured funding from other sources including, ESF, Big Lottery, Charitable Trusts, LSC and Local Authorities.
Lisa Witham — Principal Proposal Writer
Over the last 8 years, Lisa has gained experience of writing tenders on behalf of investment management companies in the UK. Since 2008 she has worked as a consultant for institutional and retail investment management companies based in the UK, Europe and US.
