  • The Ingredients for Success. This one day workshop is designed to give delegates an appreciation of how to successfully tender for public sector contracts. It will help them understand the process from the customers' perspective and provide them with practical tools to; map the bigger picture, create a winning proposition, structure the proposal correctly and write compelling text.

  • Creating Winning Propositions. This course is designed for writers who have completed the "The Ingredients for Success" workshop. Through a combination of pre-work and a facilitated workshop we will deepen delegates understanding of what makes a winning proposition and provide them with facilitation tools to enable them to run an effective tender concept workshop.

Pre-work plus 1 day workshop - £595* plus VAT

  • Effective Tender Evaluation. This course is designed for people who have the responsibility for tender evaluation. The course will help delegates to think like an evaluator and provide them with a tender evaluation framework that not only helps them identify weaknesses but also suggest how improvements can be made.

1 day course - £595* plus VAT

  • Tender Writing Master Class. This two day residential workshop is designed for people who are experienced in tender writing. Through an interactive process the delegates will explore their approach to tender writing, the impact this has on the reader and develop new ways of thinking and writing. In addition to the tools and techniques we feed into the session, delegates also acquire new ideas and approaches from each other.
